  • Year 2005: $30,000 for 5 years

Indiana University

  • Year 2005: Between $18,000 and $24,000 plus one year bonus of $4,000 (varied by canidate) for five years

University of Iowa

  • Year 2008: $25,000 for as many years as you keep progressing (they have funded through seventh year) and highly subsidized health insurance for family members

Michigan State University

  • Year 2008: $27,000 for 5 years
