I think the advice and suggestions should be under the resources headline.  What does anyone else think?

The people section seemed kind of disorganized, and that it would be hard to maintain moving forward. I think we should not seperate those who have gone through the Ph.D. track and those who haven't (or if we do, let's just put an * next to their name or something).

What do you think about the new front page?

Looks pretty slick, if you ask me.
