What's the best organization of the front page? Seems to be getting kind of clumpy. Make some suggestions how you think it could be improved and after we get some discussion going, we'll make some decisions.

The people section seemed kind of disorganized, and that it would be hard to maintain moving forward. I think we should not seperate those who have gone through the Ph.D. track and those who haven't (or if we do, let's just put an * next to their name or something).
