Overall, I think it looks good.  I'm wondering if we drop the announcements section (that will move to hte new homepage at byuaccounting.net) and then we could have or not have the quotes section.  What if we moved the about Ph.D. stuff to the right?  Just thinking here, maybe it wouldn't work.  Also, what if we highlighted hte people section a little more, maybe a bigger picture and a few more details?  Maybe that could go on the far right...Another thought would it make sense to put the stuff about earning a Ph.D. on top of the about the program or not?  Thoughts?
